1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any service offered by rm1asia, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm1asia as the platform provider. This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the rm1asia platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the new terms.

2. Player Eligibility

rm1asia services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 21 and above at the date of registration.
• A citizen or resident permitted to access betting platforms within the jurisdiction where they reside.
• Has not been prohibited from using gambling services for legal reasons or under rm1asia's internal policies.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another party.

rm1asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure player eligibility is met. Documents that may be requested include an identity card (MyKad), passport, or other appropriate documents.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rm1asia. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled.

• Your full name must match the name shown on your official identity document.
• An active and reachable mobile phone number is required.
• A valid and active email address is required for communication purposes.
• Your password must be strong — a combination of letters, numbers and symbols is highly recommended.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact rm1asia customer service immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Payments

rm1asia supports a range of deposit methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM50. No maximum deposit limit is set, however large amounts may be subject to additional verification.

• Successful deposits will be credited to the account within a timeframe that depends on the payment method chosen.
• Deposits must be made from an account or method registered in the same player's name.
• rm1asia does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
• Any disputed deposit must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction.

All financial transactions on the rm1asia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is processed.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM100.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding a certain limit.
• Completed and verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

rm1asia reserves the right to hold a withdrawal while a verification process is carried out, particularly when there is unusual activity or inconsistent information in the account. We will notify the player via email or live chat should there be any unexpected delay.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rm1asia offers various promotions to new and existing players. The welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit up to RM300, subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount.

Approved calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 (cap) → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

General conditions for all rm1asia bonuses and promotions:

• Each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• rm1asia reserves the right to cancel or modify the conditions of any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed manipulative, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• The rm1asia VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from Bronze to Diamond tier, with different rates according to membership level.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed through the rm1asia platform are subject to the specific rules for each game type — whether sports betting, slots, live casino, or any other available game.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• rm1asia reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed based on incorrect information or odds due to technical errors.
• Any disputed bet outcome must be reported within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
• For sports bets, the official result from the event's organising body is final.
• rm1asia reserves the right to impose betting limits on specific players at the company's discretion.

In the event of technical disruptions or circumstances beyond rm1asia's control that affect game outcomes, rm1asia reserves the right to investigate and determine the appropriate action, including restoring or cancelling the bets involved.

8. Prohibited Activities and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operation of the rm1asia platform.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Identity fraud or use of credit/debit cards or payment methods without the owner's authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system (known as "gnoming" or "chip dumping").
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about rm1asia in any medium.

9. Responsible Gambling

rm1asia is committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides tools and resources to help players manage their betting activity:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Loss limits: Players can set a loss limit for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Players can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from using the platform.
• Account break: The option to suspend an account for a specified period is available on request.

rm1asia reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, rm1asia reserves the right to withhold the processing of withdrawals until the investigation is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

rm1asia will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses incurred by players as a result of:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors or circumstances beyond rm1asia's control.
• Loss or damage to data due to third-party system failures.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes — all bets carry risk and results are final.
• Financial losses arising from continued use of the platform after any reported technical disruption.

rm1asia's total liability to any player under any circumstances will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

rm1asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

It is the player's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure they are following the latest version of the terms. The date of the last amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions of these terms, the Malay version shall serve as the definitive reference.
